复合银钎料（简称”三明治“钎料），是采用一种”膨胀系数较大“、强度与韧性优良的材料作为“中间层”，在“中间层”两边各复合上一定比例的具有优良钎焊性能的银钎料，制备成类似“三明治”的复合银钎料。利用“中间层”具有的“优良膨胀系数”，利用两边复合上的银钎料的优良钎焊性能，得到的钎缝具有高强度、高韧性、抗疲劳的性能，产品主要应用于硬质合金的钎焊。
